Gum Recession

Gum recession (receding gums) are most common in adults over the age of 40 although it can begin in the teenager years.
Regular dental check ups can diagnose recession and identify risk factors early.
The following may be symptoms resulting from recession :-
sensitivity
longer-looking teeth
visible roots
halitosis (bad breath) inflammation and bleeding gums.
The main causes of recession are
over brushing
poor oral hygiene
gum disease
chewing tobacco
